• • The Freelance Tech Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator role at Toloka AI supports hiring and workforce planning for technical domains, starting in the Acquisition team and evolving into a strategic workforce coordination function. This hybrid role bridges recruitment and project delivery, ensuring talent pipelines align with project needs for AI model development.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines for technical roles (coding-related), screening and interviewing candidates, building and maintaining talent pools, creating and validating technical assessments (e.g., HackerRank tests), assessing talent gaps, supporting talent reactivation, and collaborating with Project Managers, Developers, and Workforce teams to align hiring with project expectations.
• • Toloka AI is a well-funded startup creating data that powers leading GenAI models, working with clients like Anthropic, Amazon, Microsoft, and Shopify. The company uses a combination of Experts + Crowd + Tech Platform to train and evaluate AI models, with a global crowd representing over 100 countries and 40+ languages.
