- • Conduct 1-hour virtual audits with restaurants to evaluate food safety, brand standards, and operational compliance using a structured questionnaire.
- • Schedule, prepare for, and complete all virtual audits independently, including pre-audit review and post-audit reporting.
- • Deliver clear, constructive feedback and coaching to restaurant teams during live virtual sessions.
- • Maintain professional communication at all times, upholding the brand’s standards and tone during interactions.
- • Accurately complete and submit detailed audit reports promptly after each virtual session.
- • Utilize fluency in both German and English to communicate effectively with restaurant teams across German-speaking regions.
- • Participate in a two-week paid training program to become proficient in virtual restaurant coaching, food safety standards, and brand compliance protocols.
- • Engage in limited test audits and program adjustments scheduled in July prior to transitioning to full-time virtual audits starting in November.
- • Work remotely with a reliable internet connection, laptop, and quiet workspace to ensure uninterrupted audit sessions.
- • Adapt to scheduled call times and maintain consistent availability for assigned audit slots.
- • Apply strong reading and interpretation skills to assess compliance against documented standards.
- • Demonstrate natural aptitude for teaching, training, and professional interaction during audit feedback sessions.
- • Manage time effectively to balance preparation, execution, and reporting for multiple audits per week.
- • Operate independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company audit protocols and reporting deadlines.
