- • Serve as a Marketplace Moderator for Fresha’s Professional Services Team, responsible for capturing high-quality visual content of beauty, wellness, and self-care businesses to enhance their marketplace profiles.
- • Conduct on-site photo sessions at partner businesses including salons, barbershops, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices to document their facilities, services, and ambiance.
- • Ensure all captured images meet Fresha’s strict quality and branding standards for consistency, lighting, composition, and professional presentation.
- • Collaborate directly with business owners and staff to coordinate scheduling, access to premises, and identification of key visual elements to highlight during photo sessions.
- • Verify that each business profile on the Fresha marketplace accurately reflects its physical space and service offerings through curated, professional imagery.
- • Maintain detailed records of photo sessions, including location, date, business contact, and any issues encountered during the shoot.
- • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding inconsistencies in business listings, missing information, or opportunities to improve visual representation on the platform.
- • Adhere to Fresha’s operational guidelines and safety protocols during all on-site engagements with partner businesses.
- • Work independently to manage a high volume of photo assignments across multiple locations while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- • Communicate clearly and professionally with business partners to build trust and ensure a positive experience during the photo capture process.
- • Stay updated on Fresha’s evolving visual standards and platform requirements to ensure all content remains compliant and optimized for user engagement.
- • Support the Professional Services Team by contributing to process improvements that enhance the efficiency and quality of marketplace profile enrichment.
- • Represent Fresha as a professional ambassador in the field, embodying the company’s commitment to excellence in the beauty and wellness industry.
- • Utilize mobile devices and photography equipment provided by Fresha to capture, upload, and tag images according to platform specifications.
- • Resolve minor logistical challenges during site visits, such as access restrictions or scheduling conflicts, while maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
- • Ensure all captured content aligns with Fresha’s brand voice and visual identity, reinforcing consumer trust and business credibility on the marketplace.
