📋 Description

• • Own the full lifecycle of high-impact web products that reach 25 % of global users daily, from whiteboard sketch through production release and iterative optimization.
• • Architect and ship scalable, pixel-perfect front-end experiences using Native JavaScript, Vue.js 3, TypeScript, and Node.js, powering 2.2 billion requests and 2 billion instant notifications every 24 hours.
• • Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Back-End Engineers in Istanbul-based agile squads to translate complex business requirements into elegant, performant interfaces that delight Fortune 500 brands like Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, and IKEA.
• • Champion modern DevOps practices—leverage NPM, Vite, Webpack, Gulp, Browserify, and Babel to automate builds, optimize bundles, and cut deployment times so new features reach customers faster.
• • Design and maintain micro-frontend architectures that allow autonomous teams to release independently while preserving a cohesive user experience across web, mobile web, and in-app browser contexts.
• • Establish and enforce code-quality gates: write unit, functional, and end-to-end tests with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright; conduct daily peer code reviews; and monitor error budgets via Datadog and Sentry to keep defect rates near zero.
• • Integrate seamlessly with AWS cloud services (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway) and RESTful microservices to fetch, cache, and display 100 TB of AI-driven predictive data in real time.
• • Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility—from the latest Chrome build on desktop to legacy Android browsers—by implementing responsive, mobile-first designs with Sass and CSS Grid/Flexbox.
• • Research emerging web standards, WebAssembly, and performance techniques, then share findings through internal Tech & Dev Talks, leveling up 1,500 colleagues across 30 offices and 50 nationalities.
• • Collaborate with Data Scientists to surface AI insights in intuitive dashboards, enabling marketers to orchestrate personalized journeys across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Push, and Site Search from a single UI.
• • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) that push green builds to production multiple times a day with zero downtime.
• • Mentor junior developers, conduct pair-programming sessions, and uphold Insider One’s culture of high ownership, speed, and social impact.
• • Participate in quarterly global engineering summits—whether in Berlin, Amsterdam, Hamburg, or London—to align on architecture vision and celebrate wins with teammates who become lifelong friends.
