📋 Description

• As a Front-end Developer (React / Next.js) at Workana Limited, you will build and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces for Magic Hour’s AI-powered video and image tools, directly enabling creators and developers to produce professional-grade content in seconds.
• Day to day, you will develop dynamic UIs using React, Next.js, and TypeScript with SSR/SSG strategies, translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive interfaces, integrate with backend APIs for AI features like face swap and lip sync, ship clean PRs from Linear/GitHub tickets with tests, and collaborate in Agile standups and code reviews.
• You will join Workana’s Workana Premium segment, a remote-first platform connecting top Latin American talent with global innovative companies, operating in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on professional advancement and international impact.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend architecture, performance optimization for AI-driven applications, and cross-functional collaboration in agile, distributed teams — positioning you for growth into senior frontend or full-stack roles within a global tech ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Strong Next.js and TypeScript experience
• Strong English skills
• Good product sense and attention to UX polish
• Comfortable using Figma, GitHub, Slack, and Linear or similar tools
• Proactive about asking clarifying questions before building
• Reliable availability during Americas working hours (Magic Hour is based in PST)
