  • • Collaborating effectively with architects, developers, and Business Analysts to guarantee the technical success and seamless integration of all front-end solutions within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

  • • Ensuring all front-end code, configurations, and technical documentation comply with federal security protocols, compliance regulations, and reporting requirements for Salesforce environments.
  • • Partnering with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to perform rigorous testing on all user-facing components, identifying and resolving defects to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • • Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and best practices within the Federal Delivery team.
  • • Translating complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly, and technically sound front-end solutions.
  • • Maintaining a high level of code quality, reusability, and maintainability through adherence to established coding standards and architectural patterns.
  • • Participating in code reviews to ensure the quality, security, and performance of front-end deliverables.
  • • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
