• In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust user-facing applications that form the core of our product suite. You will engage in close collaboration with our Product Designers, working diligently to clarify requirements, provide constructive feedback on designs, and ensure the optimal user experience. Your contributions will extend to active participation in technical discussions and architectural decision-making processes, shaping the future direction of our technology stack. We encourage the application of modern front-end paradigms and the exploration of cutting-edge solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.
• You will be an integral part of our highly agile, startup-like environment, participating in two-week sprint cycles. This structure promotes rapid iteration, continuous feedback, and a proactive approach to development. We embrace and encourage the use of AI development tools to augment productivity and enhance the development process. While you are free to choose your preferred AI tools, we provide allowances to support their adoption. The current engineering team leverages tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claw, fostering a culture of embracing advanced technologies.
• Your responsibilities will include translating complex user stories and technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. You will be expected to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Debugging and troubleshooting issues across various browsers and devices will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience for all our clients and their audiences. You will also contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries, promoting consistency and efficiency across our product ecosystem.
• Furthermore, you will actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the quality of our codebase and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and application functionality. Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies, frameworks, and methodologies will be crucial for driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in front-end development, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment.
• Proficiency with core front-end technologies including React, React Router, TanStack Query (for state management), Radix (for component library), and Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, question assumptions, and identify potential pitfalls early in the development process.
• Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with minimal long-term planning, embracing agility and iterative development.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) is considered a strong advantage.
