📋 Description

• Develop, modify, write, and implement front-end code for web applications using HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, jQuery, React, and Redux
• Design, maintain, and enhance a common controls library to ensure consistency across web applications
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to align web design and user experience with technical implementation
• Research, analyze, and document technical findings to support product improvements and system enhancements
• Influence engineering team practices by explaining facts, policies, and coding standards
• Oversee development projects from requirement documentation through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Define project scope with stakeholders, establish acceptance criteria, coordinate with project managers, and manage change control throughout the development lifecycle
• Ensure web applications meet high standards of performance, optimization, and coding best practices
• Apply knowledge of UI/UX design principles to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive interfaces
• Work independently on projects with general supervision while meeting reasonable deadlines
• Adapt to new technologies and processes as business requirements evolve
• Utilize object-oriented design principles in front-end architecture and component development
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate and consume RESTful APIs effectively
• Use Git or GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant front-end engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• Experience with HTML/CSS templates and designs
• Experience with AJAX, CSS3, HTML5, jQuery, React/Redux
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with Git or GitHub
