📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team at Nessolabs Ltd. in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional web experiences characterized by both speed and meticulous craftsmanship. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams, transforming creative visions from Figma into fully functional, production-ready user interfaces. A key aspect of your responsibility will be to take ownership of front-end architectural decisions, continuously elevating our standards for maintainability, accessibility, and overall performance.
• Your primary focus will be on building and deploying user-facing features. This involves leveraging modern technologies such as React, Vite, and Next.js to create robust and scalable applications. You will be adept at translating intricate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. A strong emphasis will be placed on developing a clean and maintainable component architecture, promoting reusability and reducing technical debt.
• You will partner effectively with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers in an asynchronous communication environment. This collaborative approach will enable rapid iteration, facilitate clear alignment on technical trade-offs, and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality features. Your ability to communicate clearly and reliably in a contract setup is paramount, fostering an efficient and productive workflow.
• A significant part of your role will involve creating and maintaining a comprehensive library of reusable components and design patterns. These elements must be designed for scalability, accessibility, and consistency, forming the backbone of our front-end development. By establishing and adhering to best practices, you will contribute to a more maintainable and efficient codebase.
• You will play a proactive role in enhancing the Developer Experience (DX) for the entire team. This includes refining coding conventions, optimizing tooling, standardizing component patterns, and championing front-end best practices. Your insights will help streamline development processes and empower other engineers.
• Identifying and addressing potential UI/UX edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and accumulating technical debt will be a critical responsibility. You will be expected to not only pinpoint these issues but also to implement effective solutions, ensuring the long-term health and performance of our applications.
• Collaboration with product and content teams is essential to ensure that our web pages are optimized for search engines (SEO-friendly). This includes meticulous management of metadata, strategic internal linking, and the implementation of structured content. Furthermore, you will contribute to best practices for AI search and GEO discovery, ensuring our content is discoverable and effectively utilized by modern search technologies.
• The core technology stack you will be working with includes React, Vite, and Next.js. Experience with Figma for design handoff and collaborative design processes is also a key component of this role.
• We are looking for individuals with strong front-end fundamentals, including a deep understanding of component design, state management strategies, CSS layout techniques, and responsive design principles. Extensive experience with React and Next.js is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have utilized Vite extensively. Your ability to accurately translate Figma designs into functional UI, paying close attention to spacing, typography, and interactive elements, will be a key differentiator.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong front-end fundamentals including component design, state management, CSS layout, and responsiveness.
