📋 Description

• As a Frontend Engineer at Withflex Inc., you will own the development of applications that merchants and consumers rely on daily to simplify HSA/FSA payments, directly enabling health and wellness brands to unlock new revenue and improve consumer access to healthcare benefits.
• You will lead frontend development using React, ship high-quality user experiences, partner with business stakeholders to address merchant and consumer needs, improve frontend architecture, collaborate on cross-functional projects connecting checkout to analytics, and contribute to a culture of learning and operational excellence.
• You will join a mission-driven, early-stage company backed by First Round, Core VC, and Rethink Capital, powering checkout for brands like Equinox, Dermstore, Therabody, and Ultrahuman, working in a collaborative, high-trust, and transparent environment.
• You will have the opportunity to shape the product and company growth, deepen your expertise in modern frontend technologies, leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, and grow your impact in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting where initiative and execution are valued.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with emphasis on modern frontend technologies and building delightful user interfaces
• Strong understanding of modern web development best practices
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to ship faster
