Frontend Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Frontend Engineer on ThriveCart's Editor 2.0 team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the visual editor that powers checkout experiences for over 65,000 businesses and 12 million students, directly impacting how entrepreneurs and course creators build and scale their online sales funnels.
• • Day to day, you will extend and enhance existing components in the funnel and onboarding builder, ship features end-to-end from design to production, fix bugs across legacy (AngularJS, jQuery) and modern (React, TypeScript) code, write tests for critical user flows, and participate in thorough but constructive code reviews while collaborating closely with product and design.
• • You will join a small, autonomous team of 4-5 engineers who value craft, pragmatism, and shipping reliable software in a remote-first, async-friendly culture that emphasizes ownership, continuous improvement, and direct collaboration across disciplines.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend technologies while gaining experience in legacy system modernization, take ownership of editor subsystems, lead refactoring initiatives, improve performance and reliability, and mentor peers through pairing and feedback—positioning you as a go-to expert in a high-impact, user-facing platform.
