• As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing the user interface and user experience of our cutting-edge platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, performant, and visually appealing web applications. Your work will directly impact how our users interact with our AI, from setting up interviews to analyzing results, ensuring a seamless and powerful experience.
• You will be responsible for developing new features, from conception through to deployment, ensuring high-quality code, robust testing, and adherence to best practices. This includes writing clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code, leveraging modern frontend frameworks and libraries. You'll tackle challenging technical problems, optimize application performance, and contribute to architectural decisions that will shape the long-term success of our platform.
• A key aspect of this role involves working with our design team to implement pixel-perfect UIs that align with our brand guidelines and user experience principles. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frontend Software Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Vuex) and building reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and data fetching strategies.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment or with SaaS products is a plus.
