📋 Description

• The FSO Claims Supervisor oversees claims department activities, ensuring proper investigation and settlement of insurance claims while maintaining high call quality and customer experience.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising claims staff, managing workloads to meet service levels, conducting performance reviews, providing coaching, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance with claims policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adjuster License
• 5+ years of related experience in claims or similar function
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience
