- • The FSO Claims Supervisor oversees claims department activities, ensuring proper investigation and settlement of insurance claims while maintaining high call quality and customer experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising claims staff, managing workloads to meet service levels, conducting performance reviews, providing coaching, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance with claims policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • Adjuster License
- • 5+ years of related experience in claims or similar function
- • 2+ years of leadership or people management experience
