- • Lead the Fulfillment Center in Budapest, overseeing daily operations to ensure world-class safety, quality, productivity, and customer outcomes while driving the site to full capacity and beyond.
- • Build and develop a strong leadership team by coaching Operations Managers and support functions, fostering an engaged warehouse culture where people feel motivated, supported, and accountable.
- • Connect the site with the wider business by partnering with Engineering, Automation, IT, HR, Finance, and Transport to solve challenges, share insights, scale improvements, and bring group standards to life.
- • Champion safety, structure, and continuous improvement by embedding a mindset of responsibility and innovation across the entire site, ensuring operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently every day.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution
- • Experience leading large teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
- • Strong strategic and operational thinking with a data-driven mindset and confidence in working with KPIs
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Fluent Hungarian and advanced English
- • Flexibility for shift-based needs and peak periods
