📋 Description

• The Fulfilment Executive role at Nivoda Limited is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of high-value diamond and jewellery shipments in and out of the Hong Kong office, directly supporting the company’s mission to transform the global jewelry supply chain through transparency and efficiency.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include hand-delivering diamonds to local customers, collecting and quality-checking items from suppliers, performing detailed jewellery QC for defects and specifications, managing shipments via carriers like Brinks, FedEx, and UPS, processing returns, updating the Nivoda system, liaising with suppliers and finance, and supporting customer service with shipping inquiries.
• Nivoda is a rapidly growing global B2B marketplace headquartered in London with offices across key diamond hubs including Hong Kong, Mumbai, New York, Amsterdam, Melbourne, Antwerp, and Dubai, having grown from 30 to 450+ employees in under a year with over 250% sales growth.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in luxury goods logistics and quality control, gain exposure to international B2B operations, contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced startup environment, and build a career at the forefront of innovation in the global jewelry industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of diamond and/or jewellery quality control experience
• Experience managing stock or inventory of high-value products
• Strong understanding of jewellery craftsmanship standards, stone setting types, metal types, and common QC defects
• Logistics experience or familiarity with Brinks, FedEx, UPS, and tracking systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• High levels of honesty, professionalism, and integrity
