- • As a Full Cycle Account Executive at LatamCent, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract finalization. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients within the B2B SaaS sector, understanding their unique hiring challenges, and presenting LatamCent's innovative nearshore recruiting solutions as the optimal answer.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a significant amount of proactive outreach. Expect to dedicate a substantial portion of your time to cold calling, a critical component of building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
