You will be instrumental in scaling our company beyond our engineering prowess, focusing on roles such as Account Executives, Business Development, HR, and other vital business operations. This position is far more than a coordination role; it's a strategic partnership where you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-impact hires, directly influencing BrainCo's trajectory.
- • You will collaborate closely with functional leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, pressure-test candidate profiles, and develop innovative search strategies. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into compelling candidate narratives and targeted outreach will be key to success. We expect you to bring a strategic mindset, leveraging data to inform your decisions and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Your judgment will be paramount in navigating competitive talent markets and advising leaders on critical hiring tradeoffs, optimal timing, and market realities.
- • The scope of your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes conducting thorough intake meetings to define role requirements and success profiles, developing and executing comprehensive hiring plans, and managing the candidate experience with an unwavering commitment to clarity, speed, and conviction. You will be responsible for crafting and executing offer strategies in close partnership with hiring managers, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent available. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies that align with BrainCo's ambitious growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for experience in sales and/or business functions.
- • Proven ability to hire individual contributors in fast-growing startup environments.
- • Demonstrated skill in translating business needs into compelling candidate narratives and targeted outreach strategies.
- • A data-minded approach, using metrics to inform judgment while not being solely reliant on them.
