• • As a Full-Cycle Recruiter at ReflectionAI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the non-technical foundation of our rapidly growing AI company. Our mission is to build open superintelligence and make it accessible to all, and to achieve this, we need exceptional talent across all functions. You will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and closing candidates for our General & Administrative (G&A) and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, partnering directly with hiring managers to build the teams that will scale our ambitious vision.
• • This is a high-impact, end-to-end recruitment role where you will own the entire hiring process. From initial outreach to the final offer negotiation, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your expertise will be crucial in building out departments such as Finance, People Operations, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships. You will not just be filling roles; you will be strategically building the teams that drive our business forward and enable our mission.
