📋 Description

• As the first People and Operations Lead at Pixaera Inc., you will own and build the People function from the ground up in a high-growth tech startup focused on AI and gamified safety training for frontline workers.
• You will manage the full employee lifecycle across a distributed international team spanning the UK, EU, India, and MENA, including onboarding, performance cycles, offboarding, hiring operations, and People systems administration.
• You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to bring structure, clarity, and consistency as the company scales, while executing day-to-day People operations independently.
• You will design and implement foundational HR processes, maintain compliance across geographies, build talent pipelines, and develop people analytics to support strategic decision-making.
