  • • As a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter at BrainCo, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our rapidly growing Applied AI startup by owning the end-to-end recruitment process for our critical Engineering teams. This role is far more than just filling open positions; it's about strategically building the talent engine that will drive our innovation and success in delivering impactful AI solutions to the world's most important institutions.
  • • You will partner closely with our existing in-house recruiting team and collaborate directly with engineering leadership, including our Head of Engineering, to attract, engage, and secure world-class technical talent. Your primary focus will be on identifying and recruiting individuals who are not just skilled, but who are pioneers and leaders in the fields of AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform engineering – the very people who will define the next decade of applied AI.
  • • This is a high-ownership, high-impact position within a high-trust, high-velocity environment. Recruiting at BrainCo is viewed as a core strategic advantage, and your contributions will directly influence the caliber and trajectory of our technical team. You will be empowered to design and execute our recruiting strategies, from developing innovative outbound sourcing approaches and refining our employer brand narrative to meticulously managing the candidate experience and successfully closing complex offers, often across global markets.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes proactively sourcing candidates for AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform roles, developing deep market intelligence, and building robust talent pipelines. You will work collaboratively with leadership to precisely define hiring needs, design effective interview processes that assess both technical acumen and cultural fit, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate, reflecting BrainCo's speed, precision, and mission-driven ethos.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves building and executing data-driven sourcing strategies. You will need to identify and tap into competitive AI talent pools, leveraging various channels and techniques to reach passive candidates. This requires a deep understanding of the AI landscape and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of working at BrainCo, a company that is already demonstrating significant real-world impact, such as automating construction permitting 80% faster, optimizing supply chains for a leading global energy company with significant cost savings and reliability improvements, and streamlining hospital patient care to achieve better outcomes with less administrative work.
  • • You will also be responsible for negotiating complex offers and compensation packages. This will involve close collaboration with executive leadership and the finance team to ensure competitive and attractive offers that align with both market standards and BrainCo's growth objectives. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our mission, our team, and our opportunities will be crucial in securing top talent.
  • • Furthermore, you will serve as a vital ambassador for BrainCo's brand. This includes representing the company at industry events, conferences, and within online communities, actively engaging with potential candidates and promoting our culture and achievements. Your passion for applied AI and your ability to connect with technical professionals will be key to building our employer brand and attracting a diverse and exceptional talent pool.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of applied AI, working alongside renowned Silicon Valley leaders and a team of 40+ AI experts from top organizations like Tesla, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, and Databricks. You will be part of a company that has already raised a $30M Series A, demonstrating strong investor confidence and market traction. Your work will directly contribute to deploying AI solutions that solve real-world problems, moving beyond research into tangible, impactful applications.
  • • We are looking for individuals who thrive in autonomous, fast-paced environments, see recruiting as both an art and a science, and are driven by the mission to bring applied AI into the real world. If you are a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a data-informed recruiter with a passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact, this role is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career and contribute to a groundbreaking company.
