  • • As a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter at ReflectionAI Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of open superintelligence by sourcing and attracting the world's most exceptional AI/ML research talent.   • • In this pivotal role, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle for our highly specialized Research positions. This means you will be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for hiring managers, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will span from initial candidate identification and engagement through to the final offer negotiation and closing. You will be responsible for building and scaling our technical organization by attracting individuals who are not just skilled, but who are also aligned with our mission and possess the innovative spirit required to push the boundaries of AI.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve proactive and sophisticated talent sourcing. You will leverage a wide array of channels to identify elite candidates, including professional networks, industry conferences, specialized sourcing platforms, code repositories, vibrant engineering communities, open-source contributions, and niche technical networks. Your ability to think creatively and strategically about where to find top-tier researchers will be paramount. This includes understanding the nuances of the AI research landscape, knowing which academic papers are making waves, which conferences are essential for talent discovery, and maintaining existing connections within the research community.
  • • You will work in close partnership with our research leaders and hiring managers to meticulously define role requirements, develop comprehensive success profiles, and establish robust evaluation criteria. This collaborative approach ensures that we are not only attracting candidates but attracting the *right* candidates who possess the specific skills, experience, and potential to excel in our demanding research environment. Building and nurturing strong, long-term pipelines of both active and passive technical talent will be a continuous effort, fostering relationships that can yield future hires.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a deep specialization in AI/ML research recruiting, ideally within startup or high-growth environments.
  • • Proven hands-on sourcing expertise in identifying and engaging elite AI/ML researchers, demonstrating knowledge of key publications, conferences, and research communities.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and manage complex offer negotiations in a competitive market.
  • • Deep understanding of the AI research landscape, academic career paths, and the motivations of research talent.
