📋 Description
- • As a Full Stack AI Builder at Fleek Technologies Inc., you will help fix the world's most broken supply chain by building the AI-native infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade, turning manual, opaque processes into structured, searchable, and tradable systems.
- • You will embed across AI and operations pods to build production agents, internal tools, and FleekOS — the internal operating system — shipping end-to-end features from problem identification in Slack to reliable, maintained systems that automate real work like sourcing, classification, and customer ops.
- • You will join a fast-moving, founder-led team of 100+ across London, India, and Pakistan, working in-office 4-5 days a week at Fleek’s London HQ, where high ownership, curiosity, and absolute ownership drive innovation in a post-Series B, hyper-growth environment.
- • You will gain ownership and proximity to production agentic infrastructure in a real business with real revenue, ship systems that compound team velocity, and build the technical backbone for a $350B secondhand fashion market by 2027 while learning to thrive in ambiguity and move at startup pace.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of professional engineering experience with shipped production systems
- • Strong full-stack chops across backend, frontend, and integrations
- • Hands-on experience building with AI in production (LLMs, agents, retrieval, or AI-driven features)
- • Startup or scale-up experience with fast cycles, evolving infrastructure, and high ownership
- • A bias toward shipping — finishing what you start and knowing how to make something good enough to ship
