📋 Description
- • The Contract Management Associate role supports Factor75 LLC’s mission to deliver complex legal work at scale through AI-integrated contracting, combining traditional legal expertise with innovative technology to serve Fortune 500 clients in banking, pharma, and tech.
- • Day to day, the associate will draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, support client contract management and in-house legal teams, and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of legal workflows.
- • The team operates within Factor’s global network of over 300 lawyers, legal specialists, technologists, and process consultants across Europe and North America, fostering a diverse, inclusive culture where varied backgrounds drive innovation and high performance.
- • In this role, the associate will develop deep expertise in commercial contracting, gain exposure to AI-powered legal tech solutions, strengthen cross-functional communication skills, and contribute to transforming how enterprises manage legal risk and operational efficiency.
