- • The Contract Management Associate role supports Factor75 LLC’s mission to deliver complex legal work at scale through AI-integrated contracting, combining traditional legal expertise with innovative technology to serve Fortune 500 clients.
- • Day to day, the role involves drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, supporting clients’ contract management and in-house legal teams, and contributing to the ‘do while transforming, transform while doing’ approach that blends specialist expertise, AI-powered solutions, and business process knowledge.
- • The team comprises over 300 lawyers, legal specialists, technologists, and process consultants across Europe and North America, fostering a diverse, inclusive environment where individuals thrive through varied backgrounds and perspectives.
- • In this role, the person will develop practical legal drafting and negotiation skills, gain exposure to AI-integrated legal processes, and build expertise in serving high-stakes corporate clients in industries such as banking, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
