📋 Description
- • The Contract Management Associate role at Factor75 LLC supports clients' business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the client’s contracts management and in-house legal teams.
- • Day to day, the person will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of complex legal work at scale using AI-integrated solutions.
- • Factor75 LLC is a market leader in Integrated Law™, combining Traditional Law, New Law, and in-house legal expertise to serve Fortune 500 clients including global banks, pharmaceutical companies, and technology firms across Europe and North America.
- • The person can learn to navigate complex transactional legal work, gain exposure to AI-powered legal solutions, develop cross-functional collaboration skills, and grow within a diverse, inclusive team of over 300 legal and technology professionals.
