📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize backend services using PHP and Laravel in a Linux environment, adhering to MVC best practices and RESTful architecture principles.
• Design, query, and optimize MySQL/MariaDB databases with efficient SQL statements to support scalable application performance.
• Develop responsive frontend user interfaces using JavaScript, Svelte, React, jQuery, HTML, and CSS, translating Figma designs into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance legacy frontend components while ensuring compatibility and performance across modern browsers and devices.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend systems, following collaborative development standards.
• Participate in code reviews using Git and GitHub, enforcing version control best practices and contributing to team-wide code quality improvements.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack, including server response times, database queries, and frontend rendering.
• Deploy and manage applications on Linux servers using shell scripts, cron jobs, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to transform product requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with user experience goals.
• Independently manage end-to-end feature development from planning and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health to ensure high availability, fast load times, and stable user experiences.
• Leverage modern development tools and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce technical debt, and enhance team productivity.
• Contribute to process improvements in development practices, including testing, automation, and documentation standards.
• Work within U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support real-time collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
• Demonstrate strong ownership of features and systems, taking accountability for code quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve platform scalability and development efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of UI/UX principles to ensure technical implementations enhance usability and user satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or web development
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and Linux server environments
• Experience building backend services with Laravel and MVC architecture
• Experience designing and optimizing MySQL/MariaDB databases and writing efficient SQL queries
• Experience working with REST APIs and Git/GitHub for version control
• Experience converting Figma designs into functional frontend interfaces
