📋 Description

• Full-Stack Developer - AI Trainer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab project
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing and extending unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism; identifying edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs
• Anyone AI Inc. is recruiting skilled developers to contribute to AI training data creation through expert evaluation work, operating as a remote, part-time, project-based consultant role
• This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality AI training materials, gain experience in AI-driven software evaluation, refine full-stack engineering skills in realistic scenarios, and contribute to cutting-edge AI research through structured task design and peer review

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
