- • Design and implement multi-file coding tasks focused on bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and test generation for AI training datasets.
- • Write clear, precise natural-language specifications and reference implementations that simulate real-world software engineering scenarios.
- • Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites using frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
- • Review peer-generated coding tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and alignment with specified requirements.
- • Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes in code submissions to ensure robustness and accuracy.
- • Ensure strict alignment between task specifications, reference code, and expected outputs across all evaluated projects.
- • Work within large, complex codebases to debug issues, refactor legacy components, and execute production-grade migrations.
- • Contribute to the creation of production-realistic coding challenges used to train and evaluate AI models.
- • Deliver high-quality validation artifacts including test coverage reports, code quality metrics, and structured peer review feedback.
- • Operate as an independent contractor with full control over schedule, tools, and workload pacing.
- • Accept project-based assignments on a per-task payment model, with rates estimated based on anticipated completion time.
- • Maintain professional written proficiency in English to produce clear, unambiguous technical documentation and feedback.
- • Collaborate remotely with a global AI lab team while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.
- • Simultaneously engage with other vendors or employers, provided such arrangements do not conflict with project obligations.
- • Participate in code reviews and refactoring efforts that mirror real-world software development workflows.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI training datasets by ensuring tasks reflect authentic engineering challenges.
- • Apply advanced knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to build and evaluate software solutions.
- • Leverage working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go to support diverse coding task requirements across multiple languages.
- • Navigate and analyze multi-file codebases to assess code quality, architecture, and maintainability.
- • Deliver consistently accurate, well-documented, and production-ready coding tasks that meet strict evaluation criteria.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced professional written proficiency in English
- • 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- • Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
- • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
- • Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
