📋 Description

• Build and own end-to-end platforms that power core Bespoke Labs AI products, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure components
• Develop scalable backend services using Python with async architectures to support high-throughput AI training and execution workflows
• Design and implement modern frontend interfaces using TypeScript and NextJS for internal and external AI tooling platforms
• Design, optimize, and operate data layers using PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch to support structured and unstructured data needs in AI pipelines
• Integrate and interact with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and agentic workflows to enable dynamic AI system behaviors
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production systems on AWS and GCP, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
• Make high-impact architecture and design decisions with autonomy, balancing speed and long-term system integrity
• Collaborate directly with AI researchers and engineers to translate research prototypes into robust, production-grade platforms
• Own the full lifecycle of systems—from concept and design to deployment, iteration, and operational support—in a fast-moving startup environment
• Prioritize clean code, strong design principles, and user-centric interfaces while maintaining rapid iteration cycles
• Contribute to technical roadmap planning and system improvements based on real-time feedback from AI training and execution teams
• Ensure systems are secure, observable, and maintainable under high load conditions typical of AI model development workflows
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing to elevate team-wide engineering standards
• Work in a hybrid model requiring in-person presence in Bangalore, India, to facilitate close collaboration with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience building production full-stack systems
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, and NextJS
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch
• Experience working with LLM APIs and/or agent-based systems
• Proven ability to own systems end to end in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a good design sense
