- • As a Full Stack Engineer on Ensora Health’s AI Team, you will build AI-enabled products that reduce administrative burden for mental and behavioral health providers, turning advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, reliable customer experiences.
- • You will build end-to-end AI features spanning backend services and modern frontend experiences, develop reusable UI components for AI agents, partner with AI engineers to translate workflows into real-world applications, contribute to a scalable AI platform, ensure performance and reliability, and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- • Ensora Health is a leading provider of software and services for mental and behavioral health therapists, trusted by over 200,000 individual providers and 28,000+ practices, offering AI-enabled solutions across practice management, EMR, e-prescribing, and billing to eliminate administrative complexity and support the healthcare community.
- • You will gain deep experience in building scalable AI-integrated full-stack applications, working with cutting-edge AI/UI frameworks, contributing to platform-level reusable components, and advancing your expertise in healthcare technology within a mission-driven, inclusive engineering team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building full-stack applications using TypeScript and React on the frontend
- • Backend development experience with Python and FastAPI
- • Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs and async workflows
- • Familiarity with AI/UI frameworks such as AGUI, A2UI, or PydanticAI
- • Strong understanding of performance, reliability, and scalable system design
- • Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
