• • Join Huron’s AI Tech Team as a Full Stack Engineer – Associate and become the bridge between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and the enterprise systems that run the world. You will design, build, and ship secure, scalable applications that turn AI prototypes into production-ready solutions used by Fortune 500 clients.
• • Own the complete development lifecycle—from whiteboard sketches to deployed micro-services—while working in small, empowered delivery pods that blend AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders. Your code will directly accelerate digital and cultural transformation for organizations navigating constant change.
• • Craft pixel-perfect, accessible user interfaces in React (preferred) or Angular/Vue, leveraging TypeScript and modern CSS-in-JS libraries. Translate complex AI workflows into intuitive dashboards, chat interfaces, and data-exploration tools that delight non-technical users and power analysts alike.
• • Develop robust backend services in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js, exposing RESTful and GraphQL APIs that integrate seamlessly with AI pipelines, relational and NoSQL databases, object storage, document management systems, and message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• • Implement bullet-proof authentication and authorization flows using Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, ensuring least-privilege access and compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP standards depending on client requirements.
• • Embed AI workflows into applications by collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers—containerizing models, wiring real-time inference endpoints, and surfacing confidence scores and explainability features to end users.
• • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in Azure or AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) that enable blue-green and canary releases.
• • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with frameworks such as PyTest, Jest, Cypress, or Selenium; contribute to automated regression suites that protect production stability as AI models evolve.
• • Document APIs, component libraries, and deployment runbooks so that future teams can extend and maintain your work without friction; participate in internal guilds to evangelize best practices and reusable accelerators.
• • Engage directly with client architects, security officers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo incremental progress, and present technical trade-offs—translating complex jargon into clear business value.
• • Champion DevSecOps culture by embedding security scanning (SAST/DAST), secrets management (Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), and OWASP secure-coding guidelines into every pull request and pipeline.
• • Contribute to Huron’s growing AI Center of Excellence by publishing internal tech blogs, leading brown-bag sessions, and mentoring junior engineers—helping the entire firm level-up on modern full-stack patterns.
