- • Build end-to-end AI-native product features that transform LLM capabilities into persistent, goal-driven workflows beyond chat-based interactions.
- • Design agent workflows that handle multi-step planning, tool usage, failure detection, and autonomous recovery across sessions and external systems.
- • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source), memory systems, and external tools into production-grade systems with reliable behavior under non-deterministic model outputs.
- • Develop real-time AI interactions with streaming partial results, tight latency constraints, and consistent user experience despite model variability.
- • Improve system reliability by implementing observability, fallback mechanisms, and robust error recovery for LLM and tool failures in production.
- • Collaborate closely with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features from concept to deployment with full ownership.
- • Iterate on product features based on real-world usage patterns, failure modes, and user feedback to increase workflow success rates.
- • Establish scalable abstractions and patterns for integrating LLMs, persistent memory, and external APIs into the core product architecture.
- • Optimize latency and responsiveness of AI interactions without compromising output quality or consistency.
- • Contribute to a product experience where AI operates proactively, consistently, and dependably across long-running tasks and user sessions.
- • Develop frontend interfaces using Next.js to visualize and interact with complex AI workflows, ensuring intuitive user control and feedback.
- • Build and maintain backend services in Python and Node.js to orchestrate agent logic, state management, and tool execution pipelines.
- • Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment with high availability and scalability requirements.
- • Manage data storage and retrieval using both SQL and NoSQL databases to support persistent context and session continuity.
- • Participate in a high-talent-density team that makes collective decisions, moves rapidly, and balances shipping quality work with continuous learning.
- • Execute independently with strong ownership, bringing ambiguous product ideas to production with structure, judgment, and technical rigor.
- • Contribute to a product vision focused on delivering practical, reliable AI benefits to billions of users globally.

- • Strong experience in full stack engineering (frontend + backend)
- • Solid understanding of system design and API architecture
