- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact web applications: from whiteboard sketches and user-story grooming to production deployment and post-release optimization. You will architect elegant React front ends that delight users and resilient Node.js back ends that scale to millions of requests, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.
- • Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary squads that include UX researchers, UI designers, product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists. Your voice will be equal in shaping product direction—whether you are refining acceptance criteria, challenging technical assumptions, or proposing innovative AI-driven features.
- • Champion code quality and engineering excellence through rigorous peer reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration pipelines. You will evangelize best practices in TypeScript, modern React patterns, Node.js performance tuning, and GraphQL schema design, raising the bar for maintainability and security across the codebase.
- • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues with a data-driven mindset. From tracing elusive memory leaks in Node.js services to optimizing React render cycles, you will leverage observability tools, distributed tracing, and performance profiling to deliver rock-solid reliability.
- • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement by A/B testing new features, instrumenting analytics, and translating user feedback into actionable technical roadmaps. Your insights will directly influence product strategy and customer satisfaction metrics.
- • Mentor junior developers through pair programming, lunch-and-learn sessions, and constructive code reviews, cultivating an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives fuel innovation. Your leadership will help expand Colombia’s thriving tech community.
- • Stay at the forefront of technology by evaluating emerging frameworks, cloud services, and AI capabilities. You will prototype bold ideas in hackathons and innovation sprints, turning cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions that give our clients a competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications with React and Node.js in production environments
- • Proven hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing GraphQL APIs (queries, mutations, subscriptions, and schema stitching)
- • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, and functional programming paradigms
- • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code and to conduct thorough code reviews that uphold industry best practices
- • Nice-to-have: experience with microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
