📋 Description

• As a Full-Stack Engineer on the Enterprise Scale team at Scribe, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and scalability of core platform functionalities that power workflow automation for over 5 million users across 600,000 businesses, directly contributing to how Fortune 500 companies optimize their work processes.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Django and React (NextJS/TypeScript), collaborate with engineers and user advocates to improve platform reliability, implement automated testing practices, and contribute to backend systems involving PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and AWS infrastructure via Terraform.
• You will join a mission-driven, values-based team in San Francisco (with remote flexibility) that prioritizes accelerating impact, raising the bar, making users heroes, and fostering rapid learning — all while working on high-impact enterprise features used by global organizations.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scalable full-stack systems, gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade technologies like SSO/SAML, SCIM, and RBAC, and grow as a technical leader in a fast-moving, innovative startup environment backed by top-tier investors and valued at over $1 billion.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Proficiency with Django and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with React (NextJS / TypeScript)
• Strong advocate for automated testing and engineering best practices
• Experience with enterprise features such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, or audit logs (bonus)
• Familiarity with Celery for background task scheduling and high-load systems (bonus)
