📋 Description

• Build and own end-to-end platforms that power core Bespoke Labs AI products, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Develop scalable backend services using Python with async architectures to support high-throughput AI training and execution workflows
• Design and implement modern frontends using TypeScript and NextJS to deliver intuitive interfaces for AI researchers and engineers
• Design, optimize, and operate data layers using PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch to support real-time querying and indexing of large-scale AI datasets
• Integrate and interact with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and agentic workflows to enable dynamic AI system behavior
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production systems on AWS and GCP, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
• Make high-impact architecture and design decisions with autonomy, balancing speed and long-term system integrity
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to translate research prototypes into production-grade platforms
• Own systems from concept through deployment and iteration in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal process and maximum impact
• Contribute to the development of foundational AI infrastructure used in models such as Bespoke-MiniCheck and Bespoke-MiniChart
• Participate in shaping the next generation of AI training environments by building systems that directly influence dataset creation and model performance
• Work in a hybrid model with teams based in Mountain View, CA, or India, ensuring alignment across time zones and technical domains
• Maintain high engineering standards through clean code, thorough testing, and documentation while operating in a high-agency environment

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience building production full-stack systems
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, and NextJS
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch
• Experience working with LLM APIs and/or agent-based systems
• Proven ability to own systems end to end in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a good design sense
