📋 Description
- • As a Full Stack Engineer on the Health Engineering Solutions (HES) team, you will play a key role in developing a human-centric reporting system that improves patient care quality and supports hospital providers nationwide by collecting, computing, and reporting outcomes-based healthcare data for CMS.
- • Day to day, you will design and build microservices and serverless applications using React, Node.js, Java, AWS, and related cloud technologies; collaborate with product owners and UX designers to translate user needs into technical solutions; participate in Agile development cycles including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines; and work with DevOps engineers to implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Jenkins, and ECS/Fargate.
- • The HES team at ICF International works closely with government healthcare clients to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful technology solutions that drive better health outcomes through data-driven decision-making, operating in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on innovation and mission success.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development with modern cloud-native architectures, gain hands-on experience with enterprise-scale systems impacting public health, and grow your skills in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and secure software engineering while contributing to systems used by hundreds of thousands of daily users.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree
- • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience including modern design patterns, enterprise-scale production systems, and Git
- • 1+ year of professional experience developing full-stack applications using React and Node.js
- • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- • Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work within the U.S.
- • Must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
