- • Architect, build, and evolve The SOURCE®, a proprietary Creative OS that integrates design, AI, and automation into a scalable platform for brand execution and growth.
- • Translate complex creative workflows, brand logic, and agency operations into robust, scalable technical systems that support both internal use and future SaaS expansion.
- • Own the end-to-end technical architecture of The SOURCE®, making pragmatic decisions on build vs. buy vs. automate to maximize leverage and compounding value.
- • Ship production-grade full-stack features rapidly using React/Next.js for frontend and Node.js/Python (FastAPI preferred) for backend, with REST and basic GraphQL understanding.
- • Design and implement relational and hybrid data models for entities including Brands, Assets, Campaigns, Messaging hierarchies, Versions, Approvals, and History.
- • Integrate third-party tools via APIs including Stripe, Jira, Webflow, CMSs, and CRMs, and automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Temporal.
- • Build internal dashboards, admin tools, and automation pipelines to reduce operational drag and scope creep across creative teams.
- • Implement practical AI/LLM workflows: prompt engineering for structured outputs, embedding LLMs into brand systems, using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase), and designing guardrails for brand voice consistency.
- • Establish early technical standards, documentation, and patterns to enable future engineering hires and maintain system integrity as the platform scales.
- • Act as a thought partner to the founder on product vision, sequencing, and strategic decisions about what Radiance should and should not build.
- • Prioritize shipping v1 fast, iterating with live users (starting with internal teams), and making tradeoffs without paralysis—favoring simplicity and leverage over perfection.
- • Maintain a bias toward systems thinking: design for evolution, not just immediate features, ensuring systems remain adaptable as client needs and brand requirements grow.
- • Balance autonomy with accountability: own outcomes, not just code, and drive technical decisions that align with Radiance’s mission of blending creativity, intelligence, and brand truth.
- • Work in a remote-first, async-friendly, outcomes-driven culture with minimal corporate bureaucracy and maximum impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–12+ years experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles
- • Full-stack web development proficiency: React/Next.js frontend and Node.js/Python (FastAPI preferred) backend, with REST and basic GraphQL
- • Experience building platforms or internal systems from zero to v1 (or beyond)
- • Strong systems thinking and data modeling skills: designing relational/hybrid schemas for Brands, Assets, Campaigns, Versions, Approvals
- • Practical implementation of AI/LLMs: prompt engineering, vector databases, embedding LLMs into workflows, and designing brand guardrails
- • Shipping mentality: scope ruthlessly, ship v1 fast, iterate with live users, make tradeoffs without paralysis
