📋 Description

• As a Full Stack Principal Application Developer at RTX, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technical solutions that support critical aerospace and defense missions, directly contributing to national security and global stability.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with customers, solution architects, and peers to build full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies, present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and assist team members in implementation and troubleshooting.
• You will join RTX’s Business Software Engineering organization, a world-class team within the largest aerospace and defense company, operating under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, gain experience with enterprise-scale systems in a mission-critical environment, and grow as a technical leader through collaboration, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge defense technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of experience
• Front-end development experience with modern frameworks: Typescript (Angular, React, or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome, or similar), JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery, or similar)
• Back-end development experience with technologies such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORMs (JPA, EFCore or similar), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar)
