📋 Description

• Build and scale AI-powered SaaS applications for the legal industry, focusing on bankruptcy case management workflows including lead generation, client intake, document collection, legal automation, communication, accounting, and post-filing processes.
• Translate leadership concepts, workflows, mockups, and AI-generated prototypes into fully functional, production-ready features with minimal oversight.
• Replicate and enhance workflows developed using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Bolt, ensuring seamless integration into core product platforms.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new product functionality in a fast-moving startup environment while maintaining high standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Implement AI-powered automation features using modern LLM technologies, optimizing prompts, logic flows, and system reliability for document processing, communication, and operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain full-stack systems including frontend dashboards, client portals, internal tools, and backend services using React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Express, or FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable application architecture with clean development practices to support long-term growth across multiple legal technology products.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services such as Twilio, SendGrid, Google Meet, and BoldSign into platform systems, ensuring reliable data flow, authentication, and webhook functionality.
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize platform performance, and improve system reliability across all layers of the tech stack.
• Collaborate directly with leadership during product reviews, planning sessions, and Zoom/Google Meet working sessions to align on feature implementation and progress.
• Contribute technical recommendations and product improvement ideas, operating with high ownership and accountability from concept through deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation, refining existing workflows to increase effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain and evolve integrations between internal systems and external services as business and product requirements change over time.
• Support product initiatives with a product-minded approach, thinking beyond implementation to impact, scalability, and user experience.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions with minimal oversight, ensuring platform performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience improve over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Strong experience building SaaS products and web applications in startup or fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience implementing APIs and automation systems, including integrations with Twilio, SendGrid, Google Meet, and BoldSign
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Bolt, and familiarity with AI APIs like OpenAI or Claude APIs
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Express, FastAPI)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase, MongoDB)
