Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own and evolve the global digital experience for a digital-health leader that is redefining cardiac care. As Manager, Full-Stack Web Development (Adobe AEM & Marketing Integrations), you will sit at the intersection of technology, marketing, and patient impact—translating clinical breakthroughs into seamless web experiences used by clinicians, patients, and partners worldwide.
  • • Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance websites and applications on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEMaaCS). You will set coding standards, choose the right frameworks, and ensure every component—from OSGi bundles to React micro-frontends—meets enterprise-grade reliability and HIPAA-grade security.
  • • Build pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible front-end experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UX/UI best practices. Champion WCAG 2.1 accessibility and SEO excellence so that every heartbeat story we tell can be discovered and used by diverse audiences.
  • • Develop and maintain robust back-end services with Node.js, Java, Apache Sling, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Optimize queries, cache layers, and serverless functions to guarantee sub-second page loads—even when traffic spikes during product launches or clinical-study announcements.
  • • Drive deep integrations between AEM, HubSpot, and Salesforce.com. Architect real-time data sync, progressive profiling, lead-scoring workflows, and personalized content journeys that turn anonymous visitors into qualified clinical leads and loyal customers.
  • • Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, containerized deployments, and agile Scrum ceremonies. Automate testing, security scanning, and release gates so new features reach production safely and frequently.
  • • Manage and mentor external development partners—conduct code reviews, enforce architectural guardrails, negotiate SLAs, and ensure deliverables align with iRhythm’s roadmap and compliance mandates.
  • • Translate complex marketing, product, and IT requirements into clear technical roadmaps. Prioritize epics, allocate internal and vendor resources, and communicate trade-offs to executives in plain English.
  • • Oversee CMS maintenance, version upgrades, user licensing, and feature adoption. Evaluate new AEM add-ons, Edge Delivery Services, and marketing-tech innovations to keep the platform future-proof.
  • • Educate cross-functional teams—marketing managers, clinical educators, product owners—on CMS capabilities, integration patterns, and self-service tools. Create runbooks, video tutorials, and brown-bag sessions that scale knowledge across the organization.
  • • Ensure web security and data-protection compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2. Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to conduct risk assessments, penetration tests, and audit documentation.
  • • Maintain living technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and disaster-recovery playbooks so tribal knowledge never walks out the door.
  • • Collaborate daily with Marketing, Product, IT, and external vendors to deliver frictionless user experiences and flawless data integrity. Present sprint demos, roadmap reviews, and post-launch retrospectives that celebrate wins and surface lessons learned.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation—A/B test headlines, CTAs, and personalization rules; use analytics to iterate rapidly and prove ROI.
  • • Travel up to 20 % to meet vendors, attend conferences, or conduct on-site training, ensuring alignment and sparking new ideas.
  • • Your work will directly accelerate iRhythm’s mission: delivering better data, better insights, and better health for millions of patients worldwide.
