- • Represent Mondelēz International in retail stores by merchandising and stocking shelves with Nabisco brands including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
- • Construct and maintain promotional displays in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines to maximize product visibility and sales.
- • Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photographic documentation of shelf and display conditions.
- • Place product orders via iPad tablet to ensure optimal in-stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- • Collaborate with sales representatives to implement negotiated store plans and communicate any issues or deviations to Mondelēz management.
- • Adhere to a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient and timely service across assigned store locations.
- • Support seasonal sales initiatives, holiday displays, and new product launches through strategic merchandising and execution.
- • Demonstrate a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude while interacting with store employees and representing Mondelēz brands.
- • Perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling items over 50 lbs to move products from stock rooms to store floors.
- • Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company safety standards and use provided safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
- • Maintain accurate and timely communication with the merchandising team regarding store conditions, inventory needs, and display effectiveness.
- • Drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations within the assigned territory, with mileage reimbursed according to company policy.
- • Work a scheduled availability of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
🎯 Requirements
- • Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- • Live within 25-35 miles of White River Junction, VT (primary location) or New London, NH (secondary location)
- • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- • Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- • High School Diploma or GED preferred
- • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
