• • In this role, you will operate as a key member of a delivery team, working in close partnership with fellow Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers. Your T-shaped engineering approach will enable you to bridge disciplines, contributing to the entire tech stack. You will be instrumental in building, testing, shipping, and maintaining new features for our customer-facing applications and backend services, with a primary focus on TypeScript and Next.js. Beyond feature development, you and your team will drive technical initiatives, ensuring air up remains at the forefront of technological advancement.

• • Your core responsibilities will include active participation in a cross-functional, mission-driven, and self-organizing delivery team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and ongoing maintenance of code changes across the entire tech stack, with a strong emphasis on TypeScript and Next.js. Embracing a T-shaped mindset is crucial; you'll be expected to contribute across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed to deliver value efficiently.
