• As a Functional Consultant & Project Manager at blp digital, you will be at the forefront of redefining ERP automation, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to solve complex enterprise challenges. • Your primary mission will be to guide our clients through their automation journey, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to successful deployment and ongoing optimization. You will be instrumental in helping businesses reimagine their core processes across finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and beyond, significantly increasing automation rates and translating ambitious AI initiatives into tangible, measurable business success.

• A key aspect of your role will involve translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements. You will be responsible for architecting and configuring our solution to meet the specific needs of each customer, ensuring that the implementation is not only successful but also sets the stage for future growth and expanded automation.
• Close collaboration with our world-class engineering and data science teams will be essential. You will work hand-in-hand with them to address intricate technical challenges, adapt the blp platform to accommodate unique customer processes, and ensure seamless integration with their existing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• You will serve as the client's most trusted advisor and primary point of contact. This involves proactively anticipating their evolving needs, surfacing valuable insights derived from data and system usage, and ensuring they fully grasp and leverage the extensive potential of blp’s advanced automation capabilities.
• Partnering with our sales team will be crucial for designing bespoke implementation plans that are meticulously aligned with customer expectations and business goals. Your expertise will be vital in driving deep product adoption and ensuring clients achieve their desired return on investment.
• You will play a pivotal role in our product development cycle by acting as the voice of the customer. By gathering and translating client feedback, you will provide invaluable input to our product teams, driving continuous improvements and long-term enhancements to our platform, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of ERP automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
