- • As a Functional QA Manual Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of lottery management applications used by customers worldwide, directly contributing to secure and scalable software solutions that support ethical returns to good causes.
- • Day to day, you will analyze business requirements and technical specifications to define testing scope, create and execute test plans and test cases, perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, identify and track defects through resolution, participate in defect triage, validate new features and bug fixes, support UAT activities, improve QA processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and DevOps, engage in Agile ceremonies, and provide timely status updates on testing progress and quality metrics.
- • You will join a collaborative and inclusive team within Ndeavour Tech Pvt. Ltd., working for a client that is an industry leader partnering with 60 lotteries globally, known for innovative instant ticket products, licensed games, retail merchandising solutions, and a commitment to ethical responsibility and high-quality service delivery.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in functional testing within Agile environments, gain experience with defect tracking and test management tools, strengthen your ability to translate requirements into test coverage, enhance collaboration and communication skills, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices in a high-transaction, regulated gaming industry context.
