- • The Fund Finance Portfolio and Sales Associate supports new business activity and ongoing portfolio management for Fund Finance relationships, playing a key role in enabling SouthState Bank’s growth in private capital and commercial lending markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating client onboarding and diligence processes, maintaining document repositories, supporting credit and treasury operations, tracking LP data and borrowing base availability, and assisting with portfolio reviews and compliance monitoring.
- • The role collaborates closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Sales Officers, Portfolio Managers, and internal partners across credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in pipeline reporting, deal execution, and regulatory adherence.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in fund finance structures, private capital markets, and banking operations while building cross-functional collaboration skills in a client-facing, deal-oriented environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- • 1–3 years of experience in commercial banking, credit support, portfolio management, fund administration, or a related financial services role
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
