📋 Description

  • • As a Fusion Sr. Sales Specialist, Territory, you will drive growth by breaking into high-potential manufacturing accounts where Autodesk has limited presence, building demand, and closing meaningful Fusion business in a full-cycle, entrepreneurial role.
  • • You will own the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close—on a curated list of large accounts, identifying priority divisions where Fusion delivers immediate value and expanding usage in both new and existing adopters.
  • • You will join a dynamic team that blends startup agility with the backing of a global leader, operating within Autodesk’s culture of curiosity, rapid innovation, and ownership, focused on reimagining what’s possible in manufacturing through Fusion’s cloud-native, AI-enabled platform.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales, technical value selling, and market expansion while building repeatable plays to scale Fusion adoption and achieving measurable impact through new revenue, pipeline growth, and customer expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in full cycle software sales, especially in new logo or territory expansion roles
  • • Ability to open doors, qualify opportunities, and convert cold accounts into engaged pipeline
  • • Strong discovery skills and value selling experience with technical or manufacturing audiences
  • • Comfort running deals independently owned end-to-end without reliance on an existing account owner
  • • Passion for cloud, AI, digital transformation, and modern manufacturing technology
  • • Business Level English

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive compensation package including base salary, annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, and stock grants
  • • Comprehensive benefits package as part of Autodesk’s total rewards offering
  • • Opportunity to work with a global leader in design and make software while contributing to meaningful innovation in manufacturing
  • • Culture of belonging and inclusion where employees can thrive and do meaningful work that helps build a better world
