• • As Game Director at Blackbird Interactive, you will lead the creative vision and strategic direction for game development projects, ensuring alignment with studio goals and delivering compelling player experiences across multiple genres.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including design, art, engineering, and production to define game concepts, oversee milestones, provide creative feedback, and maintain quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
