- • As a Game Lead for Casual Games at Voodoo SAS, you will be one of the first members of a new experimentation team tasked with taking the company’s best-performing hybrid-casual and casual games to the next level, directly contributing to Voodoo’s mission of entertaining the world through innovative mobile experiences.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and leading a small team of six, setting and achieving team goals, inspiring and motivating team members, improving internal game creation processes, pushing frequent updates with gameplay enhancements, meta-features, and monetization A/B tests, managing HR functions to retain top talent, sharing knowledge across the company, and monitoring and improving game metrics.
- • You will join Voodoo’s Gaming team, which includes hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts, with the Live games team focusing on sustaining engagement in enduring titles that have collectively achieved over seven billion downloads and generate more than $20 million annually from over ten resilient hybrid games.
- • In this role, you will gain end-to-end involvement in game development across UI, UX, game design, and technical aspects, while developing leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills in a high-impact, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and market testing.

- • Strong analytical skills and detail/data-oriented mindset
- • Passion for mobile games
- • Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills
- • Good game UX knowledge
- • Experience in the mobile F2P market with a track record of a successful mobile game
- • Fluency in English (speak and write)
- • Understanding of game design
