📋 Description

• • Lead a small experimentation team of 4 people to evolve Voodoo’s hit mobile games—Helix Jump, Flappy Dunk, or Woodturning 3D—into the next generation of engaging experiences, directly contributing to the company’s mission of entertaining the world through innovative mobile entertainment.
• • Day to day, you will build and lead your team, focus for the first six months on enhancing core gameplay to make it more juicy and exciting, continuously improve internal game creation processes, manage HR functions to retain and develop top talent, share knowledge across the company, monitor and improve game metrics, and be involved in all aspects of game development including UI, UX, game design, and technical execution.
• • You will join Voodoo’s Gaming team, specifically the Live games team, which supports enduring hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core titles with over seven billion downloads and a portfolio generating more than $20 million annually, collaborating with industry experts on globally renowned games while driving entrepreneurial experimentation.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic product skills, deepen your expertise in live game optimization and team scaling, gain influence across a global mobile publisher, and help shape the future of hybrid-casual gaming by turning proven hits into long-term successes.
