- • As a Game Product Owner at Partyhat Inc., you will serve as a 'Slot Architect' responsible for commanding the production roadmap of the gaming pipeline, transforming high-vibe concepts into world-class, hyper-retentive iGaming titles through a blend of math, visual psychology, and kinetic flow.
- • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end game production lifecycle—from raw wireframes and math prototypes to compliance, deployment, and live-ops tracking—while collaborating with mathematicians to design and refine slot mechanics, leading decentralized creative and technical teams, analyzing live player behavior and revenue metrics to optimize features, and managing stakeholder communication for compliance and distribution.
- • You will join a remote, high-availability team at Partyhat Inc., a company focused on building legendary slot games with data-driven rigor and operational autonomy, where execution, industry obsession, and product instinct are valued over traditional corporate pedigrees.
- • In this role, you will achieve extreme strategic sovereignty, ship titles to a global player base, work in a high-momentum culture focused on rapid iteration and real-time metrics, and position yourself for leadership growth by scaling winning titles and maintaining an uncompromised shipping record.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven hands-on game production or product ownership experience strictly within the iGaming or digital gaming ecosystem
- • Rock-solid understanding of the mathematical fundamentals of slots (including hit rates, bonus triggers, cascading mechanics, and payout distribution logic)
- • Demonstrated track record of leading complex technical teams and organizing fast-moving delivery pipelines without feature or timeline slippage
- • Ability to be available 7 days a week to handle real-time product anomalies, launch window validation, and urgent updates
- • Completely self-motivated and highly structured; capable of managing massive feature charts and launch schedules independently
